We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from our company. If for any reason you are not pleased, we will take it back for full credit or a refund, within 90 days of purchase.

Returns Policy

Please call our customer service hotline (817-381-8023) before returning any merchandise. Kidsplay uses multiple fulfillment facilities and we want to make sure your product return is processed without delay. Our hotline is available M-F from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central.
